TradeSmart stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on our servers. The data you enter (business details, client information, quotes, invoices, job records) stays on your phone.
When you use AI-powered features (Drawing Reader, Quote Copilot), the images or text you submit are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. These requests are processed in real time and are subject to Google's AI privacy policy. We do not store or log the content of these requests.
TradeSmart requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you photograph drawings, site documents, and receipts. Photos are stored on your device and are only sent to the AI service when you explicitly choose to analyse them.
TradeSmart requests microphone access solely for the voice notes feature. Recordings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.
TradeSmart may send local notifications to remind you about quote follow-ups and certification expiry dates. These are generated on your device and do not involve any external server.
Google Gemini API: Used for AI drawing analysis and quote generation. Subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in this app.
All data is stored on your device. If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed. We have no ability to recover your data.
TradeSmart is not intended for use by children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on our website.
